Simon is a very serious and straight forward individual, altrough he could show care, hes mainly trying to hunt for the thrill of it and hence you can feel the brutal yet cold ambiance when directly confronting him. He likes to take advantage of people whenever he thinks is the time and is not someone to fully trust with regards of friendship. eventually you will come to realise that Simon is simply too dangerous to be around with and is best left off alone.
He thinks and plots his moves before executing them, a moment of analysis of what happens next
he will remain loyal to those who are deemed as real friends that appear to have genuine care and feelings for him while also having similar goals in mind.
Simon will more than likely react to hostile individuals with a rising escalation. if the person throws hands, Simon will throw knifes, if the person throws a melee weapon or a gun, Simon will pull out a gun and a knife.
He is not the type of man to reason with in a escalated situation and has no second thoughts in harming the aggressor.

Background
Born in 1960, Simon lived a happy life with his American Mother Elizabeth and German Father Friedrich during his childhood in Pennsylvania. Unlike other kids, Simon understood and saw life the same way a 30 year old adult would see and with it carried a serious personality where Simon would most of the time not carry anything but a neutral face. He finished High School in Pennsylvania and moved into police academy at Hershey. WIth the process of those events came strange hobbies. Simon at one side was interested in the law and then on the other side he was interested of how its to live in a criminals skin. Trading drugs, Corrupt dealings to bypass laws...it all seemed to be a study to understand what people go trough life with corrupt motives...but then sparked a even deeper more darker interest....Bountys...finding out trough criminal connections, Simon Gave up from the law enforcement and moved into a criminal life in contract as a bounty hunter, but then came the issue...he never did a bounty in his life....and with that came the rifts after his first lookout in kentucky where he would be lurking trough the woods in the more peacefull areas where rifters are less likely to encounter, living off of scavanged canned food, natures wild vegetables and so on...with a build tent and campfire, he was set with a place he could consider home....but at somepoint he would have to start moving trough kentucky...and at somepoint home isnt safe anymore...trough the last 16 months of the occurance of the rifts, Simon has been lurking near Muldraugh and West Point, living off of what remained within the two towns to scavenge, consume and shelter in general. Whenever the rift storms occurred he would move on to the other town to avoid any difficultys hence having always two shelters that he can jump one from another, whenever a person passed trough the area, Simon would simply avoid any visibility or contact but he does not plan to remain in the shadows forever.
