Background

Childhood- Scott grew up in a Youngstown Ohio and as he grew up his life was mostly normal just learning things in school Scott did not have many friends in school due to people calling him weird and Scott not really liking to just go and speak to people and he mostly avoided going on school trips and just stayed alone in school. because of this people just stayed away from him most of the time finding him weird. After a few years he did make a small group of friends within school that he hung around with until near the end of the school year. During the Summer after the school year he needed something to do in his free time so he started to Collecting plants from the forest around his house and in his yard, after a few weeks of this he started to collect mushrooms more due to they seemed to be around more rather than normal plants. He started to draw the mushrooms he found in a notebook and wrote about them because it kept his mind off of school and more on just being himself rather than being the odd one in school. but after months of doing this his parents found his notebook and started to get worried about it thinking something was up with him since he started to not talk to people and just went to collect plants because of this he started to distance from his family. Pre-Outbreak- Before the outbreak Scott was in his own small house just living life going out to study plants in his free time during this time he started to grow plants inside his house and most of these were mushrooms due to they grew around more in his town rather than most normal plants. Months past nothing really happened the odd radio broadcast but that's really it. During this time he started to hear the news about the Daisies growing around the US thinking nothing of it due to it not sounding to interesting. Post Outbreak- 1999 - During the Spring, Scott made sure to light fire to any daisies that entered his yard making sure That his plants and mushrooms were not harmed, During this time he started to map the area around him using his Computer mapping where the Government set up checkpoints, after a few weeks of planning he would sneak in and steal farming supplies and water from trucks that would stop, and taking a few weapons. 1999- Summer, During this he made sure that his Yard had fences around it and made sure to only move around at night so no one would see him, but a lot of issues happened once the Corpses started walking. After a few weeks of dodging these "People". He kept stealing from Trucks and cars driving past. 1999- Winter, During winter his mushrooms were fine just need a bit more tending to during this time his other plants sadly died in this time due to the cold. After a few weeks he made sure that under all his clothes were plastic sheets to bites would not get through his clothes. During this time he made a mostly safe area for him to live and grow mushrooms in peace until a small group of raiders tried to get inside and take from him but after they got in they kicked his plants and that just made Scott mad he grabbed his shovel and ran at one with it pointed right at this chest stabbing this man with a shovel all that could be heard was a scream that you could hear around most of this town. This was the first time Scott had done this, but it was for his mushrooms so nothing else mattered but them. After he did this the others started to panic running off leaving their guy behind with a shovel in the chest. 2000- After the Blackout Scott had made sure to tend to his mushrooms twice as much due to the lack of power for his Yard cameras, So he was out in the yard twice as much. But that was it for the year just making sure his Mushrooms were taken care of and just trying to stay out of sight from passing survivors and keeping to himself. 2001 to 2005- During this time it was just the same day to day tending to the Mushrooms during the day and going house to house getting extra supplies and stealing stuff from people who lived near him. During this he started to see people around his town start to Worship mushrooms, so he started to try and talk to them. 2006- After Months of talking to these Fellow mushroom lovers he was invited to partake in the Sacred Tea and learn the Truth of the world, He loved it, He Helped spread the word about the Shrooms. 2007- After a year had passed Scott had devoted so much to the cult, gaining the name Indigo, He always helped others but the Colony first before he went anywhere, he would Pray to Nature to make sure She Protected them as they Preached the words of the Fungus. Indigo was a part of one of the main Mushroom Missionaries Groups sent to spread the words. 2008- During this year Indigo was called back to Youngstown for an Important Event, Once he had made the weeks travel back to Youngstown he was taken into a large room with the leadership with them giving him his own mushroom hat that was made from the finest materials the cult had because he had brought hundreds of people into the cult by spreading the word of the Colony and Preaching the Words of Their god. And most of the people he brought in stayed and devoted themselves for the cult. Indigo was tasked to head to Knox to spread the word of the of the Fungus. He was sent with a group of 6 others these were all Well Respected Shroomites. 2009- Once his group of Missionaries made it into Knox, they started to Preach the word of the Fungus by setting up shrines in the small settlements around the place. Within his group he started to Preach to people gaining a few members so they started to set up a Worshipping ground in a small town due to the forests being filled with pollen. where they would partake in the Sacred Tea and during the Holy days, they would make sure that nothing was disturbed while they Celebrated.
