She has light tanned skin. She has a tattoo of a chain with a number on her left forearm which is usually covered up some way or another.

Victoria is fluent in Spanish, having spoke it since birth and has learned English and ASL over the course of about 7 years. She loves food, able to forage up materials and cook just about anything into a delicious meal to give to those who need it, as a way of coping with her childhood trauma. She is also good with knifes, as she's been trained self defence.
Background
Victoria had an agonizing childhood. Born the 7th of February 1978. She was dumped right into a Peruvian orphanage the day of her birth, by a prostitute who was knocked up by a European politician.
She grew up in an overcrowded and underfunded orphanage. She looked, felt and was treated like an outsider by nearly everyone. She was malnourished. Although this trauma formed her into the person she is today. By being friendly and quiet, she avoided ever having a big target on her back, which allowed her to survive that agonising event in her life.
On her 14th birthday she was pulled away from the life she knew. She was taken away and sold into a militaristic group known as the Shining Path. This is where she met a man named Jose Moreno. He took her under his wing and began training her with diligence and dedication. He taught her many things like ASL to communicate with her silently. As well as how to protect herself.
The same year she was trafficked into this group the leader was captured. This forced the group to go underground. Victoria and the man she looked up to as a mentor, Jose where transferred to the northern coast of the Dominican Republic to start a life of hiding.
They met many senior members of the group there, Including a woman named Lena. They tried to plan out what they would do next. As they stayed in the northern coast in the Dominican Republic, Victoria would be branded with the groups tattoo, A chain with an identifying number. As well as she would begin learning English haven grown up only speaking Spanish in Peru.
In 1993, They would set off with their plan. Victoria, Acting like the adopted child of Jose and Lena, where illegally transferred to Braddock Island. They used fake IDs and set up a little life for themselves in this small harbour town. Victoria, around the age of now 15/16 would try to continue her schooling. Although at home she would still be reminded of the groups philosophy and their skills.
Victoria would finally start coming out of her shell. She would be more energetic and playful, bringing out her more goofball side of herself. She would act like any girl her age, making a few close friends and growing and learning more and more, Although under the careful watch of Jose and Lena.
As she grew on this Island she would show to be very creative. Loving to make stuff weather it be cakes, birdhouses for the local birds or just drawing in general. Although never forgetting what was instilled in her at that group. She would keep taking part time jobs when she could to fund the needed supplies, letting her creativity run wild.
