Sebastian is a realist person, he likes to see the actions be made rather than speculate on what might or might not happen, he is protective of his sister Valerie and would always have her back whenever she has trouble with their parents.

Having Latin-American and Germanic descent his face shows hints both of his parentage to the palish brown skin that he inherited from his Colombian father to the defined jaw-line coming from his mother's Germanic side.
He likes to wear casual clothing most of the time, and doesn't like to wear formal clothing as he feels it's too constricting.

Background
Sebastian, born in Ramstein Air Base, Germany in March 7th, 1973, his father being a member of the US Air Force and his mother a local from the nearby town close to the base.
Growing up in a military base is a unique experience for the young child, being one of the few children in the area, he spent more time with adults than with the children other than the daily commute to school. He learned English as his first language and also Spanish/German from his parents.
When he was around 5 years old his father decided to retire from the military and move the family to Braddock Island, little did he know was that his mother was pregnant during the trip to their new home and a couple of months later his sister Valerie was born, when she arrived Sebastian was over-joyed about having a little sister and was always stuck to her crib and seen playing with her, that never changed during their childhood he was always trying to look out for his sister and making sure she's always safe. His father would take him and his younger sister out hunting to instill some discipline to the two.
Once when his sister came back from a hike he met Haren, Valerie's new friend that she encountered, the girl was unable to speak but he'd try to accommodate her nonetheless, Haren would teach Valerie ASL and in turn Valerie would teach him. Sebastian would be dragged along by the two whenever possible.
Sebastian left the island to a university in New York, he would visit the island during his breaks to spend time with his family and friends, after graduating he found a job as a mechanical engineer for a private company.
Heading back to Braddock on the ferry for a weekend trip, Sebastian checks his bag for some gifts he has for his sister Valerie and Haren. Hoping the two would like to have a relaxing time, but he knows it'll be quite the opposite knowing he'll be dragged by his sister around the town.
