Personality

Victoria is a somewhat unsettlingly but helpful woman. Slow to lose her temper, she tends to speak plainly and realistically about the world around her, while empathic to others feelings she wont lie or sugar coat her words just to make someone feel better about the situation at hand. Victoria firmly believes a truthful outlook of the world is the best kind to have. Victoria herself prefers to sit on the back lines observing the world around her before she does or says anything. You will never find Victoria throwing the first punch or even threatening someone without genuine cause, while she is capable of hurting someone it is something she will go out of her way to avoid. She is even willing to walk away from someone hitting her first although she will not forget what had happened. If push comes to shove however and she is unable to prevent a fight, she will do her best to end it as quick as possible without using excessive force. In a situation where a fight breaks out and the other party is to yield she will still provide medical assistance to the best of her abilities, not wanting someone's death on her conscious.

Appearance

Victoria is of average height but slender build, and pale from lack of sunlight exposure over the years. She has dark brown eyes and the beginning signs of aging in her face, her most notable feature however is the White streaks in the front of her hair usually left out framing her face like bangs. Her hair is a dark brown often up in a bun or pony tail but when left down around her upper to mid back.

Background

Victoria was born to a Wealthy family in Upper East side, NYC. While she had a comfortable childhood wanting for nothing in terms of material possessions, her childhood was far from happy. She was a girl born into an old money family full of hard set traditions. She was raised to be the model wife of some wealthy business man, But wasn't the life Victoria dreamed for herself. As a young girl, her time between her studies and French classes, was spent in her family library reading murder mysteries and horror. On her 18th birthday she confessed to her parents, telling them that she did not want to settle down and become a house wife, that she wanted to pursue medicine to work with the police on bodies to help solve crimes. The idea of her becoming a working woman upset and horrified her mother, who forbade her from even speaking of such nonsense again. However, her father decided to humor her and allow her to attend college and obtain her degree in pre-med. Hoping that she would get this "working woman" dream out of her system while there. Victoria attended Columbia university in 1967. She studied hard, not only in pre-med but in French as well, seeing it as an easy extra credit and a way for her to hone the language even more than what she had in childhood. She graduated with a 3.8 GPA and returned home full of hope that her parents would see her passion. Instead, when her father saw that she was still dead set on this dream, he arranged her marriage, deciding that if she would not let this dream die herself he shall do it for her. Victoria was married to Raymond Graham in 1971. She had attended what she believed to be a party for her younger sibling's engagement only to learn that it was her own wedding. while Raymond and Victoria did not love each other in the romantic sense but they had grown to become best friends. It was Raymond who encouraged Victoria to leave, and return to her studies. In the spring of 1975, Victoria would be accepted into the University of Kentucky. She focused all her attention into her studies. The rare bit of free time Victoria had was spent exploring the underground scene of Kentucky. There she found the goth community, it was the missing piece. With a new sense of self and determination to not let Raymond's gift to her go to waste Victoria graduated with a 3.7 GPA. She attend a four year residency for Pathology. UK (University of Kentucky) only provided a joint residency for anatomic and clinical pathology, this gave Victoria (at the time) a redundant set of clinical skills. Victoria would then move to LV for her forensic pathology fellowship at the University of LV. Victoria fell in love with LV during her fellowship and took a job at St.Peregrin as an assistant Pathologist in 1984. Outside of the work environment she struggled to make friends, and as a result she pushed herself solely into her work. Passionate and progress driven, it was no shock to anyone that she would take over the position as Head Pathologist in 1988 when her mentor retired. Victoria love her work, but the strange occurrences she experienced through her 8 years at St.Peregrin had left her with questions. Victoria wasn't sure if ghost or anything of that nature were actually real, but she had seen enough at St.Peregrin to know something was amiss in the world. She wanted answers, so when she caught wind of the organization ECHO she put in her application. Since 1991 Victoria has served as a scientist and emergency doctor for ECHO. While her time at ECHO has been uneventful, she was relatively happy there focused deeply on her work. In 1992 she was relocated temporarily up to L.A. Just like in LV She busied herself in her work, and studying medical journals. Occasionally, she would take a break and spend a night out to bars or sight seeing. She missed LV and was overjoyed when they were allowed to return back in late February The rifts rattled Victoria, theorizing about the end of the world was far different from seeing it happen right in front of her. As the dead poured out in the streets below Victoria knew if she did not escape her apartment it would become her tomb. She called Raymond but when the line was busy she sent a voice mail instead, a final goodbye. Armed with a lightly packed bag, her security clearance card, and a weapon Victoria left her apartment complex and into the maintenance tunnels below, intending to use them to gain access to another complex, she soon realized that the air felt calmer underground. She spent her first night in the tunnels collecting herself. The world had ended right before her eyes and she had been unlucky enough to survive into the aftermath. Having survived through the initial night, she had only 2 goals in mind the moment she stepped foot onto the ground floor of her complex. Make it back to ECHO, and figure out why the undead were walking once again.
