Background

Inoley was born and raised in Hamburg, germany. From the family of academics there were only her father and her two younger siblings left, which she loved dearly. Yes,... even her father - the father who was always so strict and stern, never asking for less than 100% in whatever they were doing. From young age on he pushed Ino to her limits in education and sports, always reasoning that its for her own good, for a better future, for success in life. For the mischief they did as children Ino usually took most of the blame, for beeing the oldest, hence she should have known better. And when times got particularly rough, and punishments hard, there were no soothing words from her mother - she died giving birth to Ino's little sister Ayu as Ino was only 6 years old. It didnt take long for Inos father to bring in a boy that was barely younger than herself - the byproduct of a well hidden affair, what Ino would figure out when she gotten older. Lazios was her brother for most of her life and strong in times when she felt weak, while little Ayu been cheerful when Ino had nothing to smile about. But couldnt their father think of some normal names for them? Ino sometimes thinks, her mother should have burned that stupid name book that gave him the ideas and should have named her Lilly instead - that would at least make a nice reference to her last name, and less mean nicknames in school... As time goes by, Ino grew into a young lady, but refusing to live up to the expectations - the determined career her father wanted her to have... like a flower in a bouqet, while she wanted to be on a wide grassland, experiencing true life. Facing her father became a stressful matter, followed by anger on both sides as arguments run out. As time went on and after very slowly learning to word properly how she felt, Ino made her father realize what his actions would do to her and what she truely desires - becoming a great broadway dancer and singer in Hamburgs famous opera. This would open up the curtain to the international stages in the world. Even tho her wish was granted, he never went easy on her. Sometimes he seemed to expect even more of her, just to see her fail and return to the old path, following into his footsteps - so Ino asumed. But she had the talent... and dedication! This kept her going. She sometimes envied her siblings - Lazios was off the hook for choosing a military career and Ayu always experienced leniency for her handicap. One night Her father was beside himself with rage, as he figured that she got close to someone behind the curtain, while training for the greater stage plays - but it wasnt as sudden as her father stated. She just never mentioned it to him, until he noticed her engagementring. They would get married when shes becoming of age, which was only a few weeks away, getting out of this house -away from him and his plans. No matter what he would say, or yell at her, Ino had the love of her life right next to her, holding his hand while facing the demon. But this night it wasnt only words that hit hard. This night would change Inos lifegoals in a completely diffrent direction. When she came of age, Inoley left her homeland and set out to travel the world - shortly after her father died. Maybe to run away from it, people guessed - evil tongues would spread even worse rumors. Heavy-heartedly Ino left her siblings behind at the family's home. For more than seven years of traveling over land and sea, it was still hard for her to make it big, after losing half of her heart and most of her dedication. Life went rough on those who lived a spoiled life before. Only performing changed her back to her former self for a brief time, but a dance or a song can only heal so much - silence clings to the past. Far from her hometown and family, she should have become more successful, like her siblings fondly hoped for her. But traveling alone doesnt always go as planned: Once a tourist in the country, she involuntarily overstayed her visit as no flights back to europe were available in the brief timespan of the outbreak. Now she became one of many in this country - a refugees from the mainland that needed shelter ... she followed the stream and the rumors, there was a mentioned of a ship to a save island...
